You will enjoy a morning hike with a guide that will lead you through the Natural Park of Despeñaperros or Sierra Morena. We have hikes classified by difficulty.

Despeñaperros is an emblematic landscape full of history, where the bettle of Las Navas de Tolosa took place; in its routes you may observe cave paintings. It is a place to immerse in the Mediterranean hills flora, home to prey birds such as the Iberian imperial eagle.

The hikes of La Carolina’s Sierra Morena, capital of the New Populations, lead us through mining land, full of old buildings and chimneys all the way to La Aliseda, a place of rest and retreat used by 19th century aristocracy thanks to its medicinal waters.

Baños de la Encina’s Sierra Morena offers hikes to get to know archeological sites of the Bronze ages; the Chapel of the Virgen de la Encina; views of the swamp of Rumplar; admiring the majestic Burgalimar Castle from different points throughout the hike.
