The Restaurant at the Hotel La Perdiz is a leader in the cuisine of the province of Jaén, offering delicious regional cuisine and hunting. We highlight some specialties: Partridge Pate, Escalopitos Deer, Partridge Marinated, Leg of Kid-Style House, Onion soup au gratin, Beans with Partridge, Together with our delicious homemade desserts. The Hotel olive oil supply the restaurant of our own, which together with the best raw materials, filled with smell, heat and taste our dishes.

Also you can taste it in a cozy rustic atmosphere. The Restaurant at the Hotel La Perdiz has the design of a traditional Spanish hunting lodge with high ceilings and wooden beams, large windows and fireplace, allowing mealtime a real pleasure.


The Restaurant at the Hotel La Perdiz is lovely in any season. In summer, guests can sit outside on the terrace, overlooking the two pools, surrounded by gardens and olive trees. Bar: Every day from 07:30 to 00:30 h.
